Here we will use your UID number, which is 24 digits

  • First you must delete the app.
  • Then you must download it again.
  • You must be on the same Wi-Fi when you create a user.
  • Create a new user.
  • Enter all information and press ok.
  • Now your UID number should appear on the screen.

Take a print screen and send it to enquiries@remove-this.roth-uk.com so we can delete your user on our server.
